Smoothie Bowls



Looking for a delicious heathy breakfast or snack item, this smoothie bowl will hot the spot. You can use any kind of fruit but our favorite is cherries and pineapple.


Ingredients

-heaping half cup of frozen dark cherries

-heaping half cup of frozen pineapple

-a splash of your milk of choice . We love oat!!

Blend these all together in a blender til it reaches a thin smooth consistency.

Top with:

-coconut-eez

-fresh berries

-peanut butter

-granola

-chia seeds
